What we get asked before a purchase
What is the difference between pre-owned and refurbished equipment?
Pre-owned equipment is a used unit in good condition that we test and inspect before selling. Refurbished equipment has additionally gone through a technical overhaul with components replaced where needed. In both cases you receive the inspection report for that specific unit.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
Yes. All equipment ships with a warranty; the term and conditions for your unit are detailed in the proposal.
Can I see the equipment working before I buy?
Yes. Every unit is inspected by our specialist technicians before shipping, and we send you the technical report, photos and/or video of that same unit in operation.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship door to door across Latin America and have served customers in more than 20 countries. Shipping and import conditions vary by country and are detailed in the proposal.
