EndoHub Medical LLC ("EndoHub"), based in Miami, Florida, USA, is responsible for the personal data you send through this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Data we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type in the form: name, country, WhatsApp number, e-mail and the equipment of interest, plus the site language, the page you sent the form from and the advertising-campaign parameters that brought you here (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid). If you message us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, we process the data you share in that conversation.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare and send the commercial proposal, coordinate the sale, shipping and after-sales support, and measure the results of our advertising campaigns. We do not sell your data or use it to send unsolicited advertising.

Cookies and measurement

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions from our ads. These tools may set cookies or identifiers in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

Who we share it with

With the providers we need to operate: web hosting (Vercel), the tool where quote requests are recorded, messaging services (WhatsApp, e-mail) and the measurement platforms listed above. All of them act on behalf of EndoHub and may be located outside your country, including the United States.

Retention

We keep the data of your request for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to logistic@endohubmedical.com. We reply in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

Any change to this policy will be published here with its update date.
